I looked at what you had for the cascade update, and that's not what I'm wanting to do. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with the frmHIPAAqueryDatasheet, that is based upon the qryHIPAA, but how can I get the combobox that is in the OU group to only update one record at a time when I change the OU for that record?

    Thanks in advance.

OK, I think I got it. I actually went to the qryHIPAA and tied the source for the tblOU_ID from HIPAArelational that was linked to OU with the query to the actual tblOU_ID. So the design query had shown Field: "OU" and Table: "tblOU". Everything seems to be showing up correctly, and I can change a single record at a time with in the OU field for it. Maybe that's what you were saying, but I just didn't understand it. I now need to go about transfering a lot of code from the frmHIPAAdatasheet to the frmHIPAAqueryDatasheet.

    Thanks.
