I am attaching the DB to automate the E mail Process
    The General Instructions are

You need to configure your E mail account in Outlook before using the program.
Copy and Paste data.doc and data.xls in D:\ (Root dir of D drive)
These file will be attached in E mail.
1:Open the DB will run AutoExce to run. It will Open EMail_Form with the massage to confirm sending of mail directly
with deafult massage/Subject ( Can be Modified in design window of form As Default value of Subject and massage
    fields)
2: Click To Edit Subject and Massage Body and than sending.
Edit Subject And Massage Text Box.
3:Ckick at Send mail to send mails as per data available in DATA table.
4: The E mail data is filtered in Renewal_Reminder_Query as WHERE (DATA.Date_of_Renewal)=Date().
(E mail Having Today as Date of Renewal will be Send. You can Pre-pone by modifying code as WHERE
(DATA.Date_of_Renewal)=Date()-5 to send mail 5 day earlier.
5:Place your Real Data in place of Dummy Data in DATA Table and Test it.

6:I had used Module Send_The_Mail_Form in form
If you do not want massage of confirming E mail And Renewal date than place a 'before two lines eg
'MsgBox "The Email is Sucessfuly send to " & strField1
'MsgBox "The Date Of Renewal is due on " & intField3
7: If you want to send Report (REMINDER_REPORT) as attachment the Replace Send_Mail() in place of Send_EMail_Form () in AutoExec macro.

Mr. Robeen I am getting a error when i call LogEMailSend from Send_EMail_Form () fuction. I wand to create a log of Data in EMailLog table.
Will you help me correcting the mismatch in codes in two fuction.
code of LogEMailSend are correctly work when used as independetly alone.
    Thanks in advance.

    Mr Dale
Kindly read instructions before using the program
You need to configure your E mail account in Outlook before using the program.
I had checked both the program and both are working fine except one Outlook security massage in GrandMasterSexay Solution. But I like his solution. Excellent Job GrandMasterSexay
To configure your E mail account
log in to Your E mail Account eg Yahoo. G mail account etc.
    Go to settings
    Go to POP3/IMAP Mail Setting
    Enable The POP3 Setting
    Save
search for "How to Configure My E mail Account in Outlook2010?"
    Note the setting.
Open Outlook 2010> File> Account Setting > Account Setting > Create New / Change Existing Account
Make account as per Setting given in your E mail Service provider.
Set Proper Port No etc. Mail Account Name Must be a Simple Name eg Jonh and Not Jonh@yahoo.com.
After Test account than use Program to automate it.
The program is 100% workable only you need to do some ground work before it actually do the task for you.
    Thanks

    Hello Andy,

I have one issue with as to what you made.

The current thing i was looking for is the "Automatic system" which when a date is seen and is too close to that date, it will automaticaly send an email according to the "Date" which your computer date/time is set to.

What you developed was an emailing system which you have to push your self which will send an email without the automatic side affect.

Thanks for the attempt ill see if this will also help me in any way shape or form.

    Kind regards

    Hi Dale

I have updated the dummy database as per your requirement; however you might have to do some minor changes to automate your email module.

You must be having a general E mail Account such as Yahoo , Gmail etc.
Create a new account and Make that as default account. This make your existing mail account reduntant.
for yahoo go to link to get all setting http://help.yahoo.com/l/sg/yahoo/mai...op/pop-08.html
    for Gmail go to link
    http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...y?answer=13287

for Other mail a/c use link
    http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/t...-settings.html

The E mail solution only work when a fuctional E mail account exist on system.
you can also try access program on a any other system where a working email account exist It will work with any program such as Outlook,Thunderbird ,Outlook Express etc.

You can also send me your Email ID . I wll send you a sample mail through my Access program to show it's working.I am using it from last 1 year without a problem.
    Let me know the progress.
    Contact me soon.

    Heya A S MANN
Happly one second as i bring it up and re-attempt this for you :3
    http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/23/unlediet.jpg/

this is the message im currently getting, Ive got set up a Gmail account an mainly configured it like you said i should the other day, this is working fine as it already sends a test mail. Just the functionality of this is alittle broken, i would ask is there anything you can do to also automate this aswell inwhich you dont need to use this send mail button to get an automatic email.

Or does this already send an alert to an email address if its in the field?

I more or less need something that will - Send an email to "I.E" person who has their renewal date soon aswell as the higher arky boss's. Hope this is no trouble for you to answer mate.

Cheers for helping me in this :3

    Kind Regards

Have you followed the instructions as give in instructions.txt file in zip file.
I had run the program on a system having access 2007 where data.doc and data.xls are present in D:\ (Root dir of D drive). and it run correctly.
You may recieve the outlook warning massage which need to allow to send mail.(I wll tell you how to bypass this massage).
Complete this work and tell me what happen?
Few code modifications are needed to send mail directly at specified time directly. But we need to do it progesively step by step.
    Thanks
