    yes sir for example i entered he/she borrowed a PC at 12:00PM then 1:00PM for the ReturnTime so if the current time is 1:00PM the the status will change to "AVAILABLE"
    is it possible sir? thank you so much

    Yes, apply the same kind of code that changes to "NOT AVAILBLE".

    How are you saving the ReturnTime?

    If you manually enter the time in a textbox use the AfterUpdate event of textbox.
