    I'll def attempt to conjure up some pretty creative code. As stated below, the status quo was to open the database, run the query, if it returned results copy and paste into excel, and this was taking place for about 15 databases. I said that is a waste of time, so I built the Union Query below to pull all the data into one query, and you helped me get the date built into the query. Now it is a refreshable excel spreadsheet! Report can be run in seconds as opposed to 5 - 10 minutes!! My goal is achieved, at least for this project!! Next project, learn how to use Windows Scheduler to run a macro that will @ a designated time auto-refresh reports...

    Windows Task Scheduler does not need programming to use. It is intended for use by the average user. Just get your hands dirty and you will see how easy it is.

    I know it can open a program such as Excel or Access at a designated time. The programming portion I was going to use, was I was going to attempt to write a batch file that would have it open specific Excel file's at a certain time.

    And it may not need to be done that way, that is just what one google suggestion showed.
