Should I use "yes (No Duplicates) for Indexed?
I found the problem. My spreadsheet did have null values like you all said. they were after the last line in the sheet, about 60,000 blank spaces. I just clicked on the line under the last line, moved the cursor to the very bottom, pressed shift to highlight the blank cells and then delete.

I've seen that happen lots of times for people. I usually tell them to go to the last line of the data and then hold shift + ctrl + end and then go to EDIT > DELETE which usually takes care of the problem. If there isn't any spaces or anything at all, then it won't highlight any cells. If there is something but you just can't see it, it will highlight all of the range where the cells have something.I found the problem.
