    Shabz sorry about this but I don't understand the solution. Would it be possible to explain it in more simple terms?

    Create a new table in design view. Create a new field. Notice how it says "Text" as the datatype. Change that to "Yes/No". New view it in datasheet view. Notice how you have a checkbox. If that box is checked, the value of that box is -1, or "true". if not checked, it is 0, or "false". You can query off of that field to limit whoever you want.

    That's about as basic as I can get it. Just mess around with it until you get it. Doing is the best way of learning.
