Are you changing the ApprovingOfficial to something other than what it started? Does the AO_Credit_card control blank when you start and then get filled in from the cbo?

The ApprovingOfficial starts off blank. Then i choose from a list (drop down). The list includes names. I select a name. Then when the ApprovingOfficial gets filled in, the AO_Credit_card control also gets filled in.

The ApprovingOfficial name is then store in a table, the AO_CREDIT_Card control is not being stored in the table.
