Show error message after query with bad parameters

Hi June,
This is exactly what I am looking for. However, I also need it to verify the Log of the Week field. Is it possible to incorporate that into the current code so that way all three parameters are verified?

Ok nevermind. I figured it out by adding an additional lookup to the current code. Thats what I am looking for, Thanks again!
