    Create menu keeps disappearing

Access 2007 - Has anyone experienced the "Create" menu at the top of the database disappearing? This has happened to me several times. I have had to create a new db and import everything-it stays for a while then disappears again, frustrating. I have checked the customization and it shows that it is checked and in the Menu list but it doesn't appear next to Home, External Data & Database Tools. I am unable to create queries as I can't find any other way to get into the query grid tool to create a new one. Any ideas? I've attached a screenshot of the current top menu.

    Thanks! Toni

Never experienced this. Does this happen with a new project with new (not imported) objects?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
