Any good resources/examples of reports with groups?

I think my fundimental issue is I may be looking at groups in reports wrong.

Anyone have a good resource that explains groups within Access reports - specifically the role of footers and what actually controls the grouping behavior in the reports?

Preferably with Access 2010?
