    counting values

    Hi
Is it possible to have a query/Form/report that shows me this desired result
    W1

    Received 10
    Processed 4
    Opened 6

    W2
    Received 10
    Processed 12
    Opened 4
    etc.
Where access can count how many opened issues from week1 were solved and processed on week2 and then in week2 he will show how many were opened in week1 plus the one received minus the proccessed one and show how many are still opened?
Can that be done in Access at all or should I rely on Excel.

IMHO, Access would be superior to Excel.

Access reports are flexible and provide for grouping, subtotals and totals, pagination.
You will save time if you look at tutorials and examples before you commit to a certain look for your report. As in everything Access, it provides multiple ways of doing a lot of things, and some ways are much easier than others.
