Please try again. If I understand correctly you are getting a message something like this:
Cannot locate form (form name). Do you want to continue loading the project?
Continue clicking yes each time this happens (several times) and the project should load.
This is an issue I deal with each time I restart version 1 in production. I think it a glitch in Access which happens when you create a copy of a form and later delete it. Sorry about the problem, I don't often experience that issue on my desktop copy, only version 1 which has been uploaded to a network drive. I didn't think this would be a problem when I copied version 1 to develop version 5.

I have never encountered that issue before and I have deleted forms. Have you run Compact & Repair?

Yes, ran compact and repair. Do you need me to attach it again?

I have a command button on the form with the following code:

Option Compare Database
Private Sub cmdNewSearch_Click()
Me.Combo0.Value = ""
Me.Combo0.SetFocus
Me.Combo0.Dropdown
End Sub

When I click on it I get the error message:
"Error accessing file. Network connection may have been lost."

I am encountering too many issues with debugging this project. I suspect it is corrupted beyond recovery. You should try creating a new project. Import of the objects and code might work and should at least eliminate the problem with 'phantom' forms. I suggest you not set the form to open full screen and without close button until all programming issues are resolved. Forms in that state interfere with debugging efforts. Should always be a way to leave a form. Need the X close or a custom button.
