    It would be easier to assist if you included your data structure. Table names and field names and types.

    I think I got it now.. I didnt know I could use the same table twice and that seemed to work..

    Now.. I have a created date (January 2011-November 2011). If I want to count only October 2011 entries. How do I set up the formula in the report?

    Just put the value in the Criteria row of that date field.

    I have built a crosstab query based off my 2nd query, built from the 1st. I think it is going to work because I will then have each month separated.. At least I hope it will.
