    Parameter Query to report

Not sure what I need to do. I have a form that has combo boxes. The user opens this form and makes selections (null values are allowed). Once they click okay it updates a query. This is working fine but my issue is the user need to see the results in a report so they can print or email, and I would prefer that the users see nothing but reports and forms.

    Any Ideas???

Base a report on that query and when they click okay have it open the report, not the query.

Cool...Only one problem the report goes straight to the printer. I need it to just open to view. But that is very very close

I assume you're using OpenReport. Look in help for the arguments available for it. One of them controls that.

Not clear on the problem. You can base a form on a query, or use this type of thing to restrict it:
