    unable to sort

I just upgraded from 2003 to 2010 and most everything is working well. However, I cannot use the sort feature on one column in a table (doesnt work on queries based on this table either). I don't see any other threads on this? Has anyone come across this?

    Thanks!

yes. I changed the field type to 'text', from 'memo', and that seems to have done the trick. I am able to sort on that field now. I'll mark this solved, but thanks!

It makes sense that a Memo field might be difficult to sort. Thanks for posting back with your success.
