    Oh, sorry. That is what I am doing as well. 1 table for the input of customer detailed information (name, address, etc...). 1 for the order... and then this table (subform)for entering notes when the client calls. Like I said, it's been so long I can't remember a lot.

    Alright. How you decide to get the contents of the textbox into your table is up to you (I'd just use an Insert Into query). The button would then just Me.SubformName.Form.Requery after running the Insert Into.
