Question Access Crashes when using overhead projector?

    Hi All,
I have coded a database that is being used by approx 50 users. One of my users hooked his laptop up to a projector and when he pressed Function F10 to put the picture on the screen it crashed Access. Tried this a couple of times on his laptop and the same crash. Re-installed the database...still crashed.
Has anyone experienced this, or know of a fix. Tried googling it, but can't find another occurance?
    Cheers

Yes, but sadly the Manager who was using it is quite a busy man, so can not get a screenshot for ultimate clarity.
From memory it was the standard one that says something like "This program has encountered a problem...blah blah.... tick this box to attemp to autorecover...blah blah"
I will try and post the message, but don't know when it'll be.
    Thanks

Why would pressing F10 "put the picture on the screen"?

On a laptop you press Function F10 to change the output from the laptop screen to the overhead projector

I seem to remember that you should be able to see it on both. Does it work before loading the Access Application? Can you then load the ap while both screens are active?

By pressing Function F10 it toggles between:
    Laptop Screen
    Laptop and Projector
    Just Projector

I'm sure you are right, and that I can give him a work around, but he's the kind of guy that will forget one day, crash the program, than be annoyed again, so I would like to try and get to the route of the problem to put a fix in, if possible.

It sounds like it is a Bios function that is playing with the video output. I don't know why Access would care where the video is going.
