I am looking to pay someone to create a base template for me and i will finish - i dont know where to start but will be able to finish once the skeleton is done. Below is what im looking for - please email me if anyone is interested in taking this on - if this is the wrong area/forum to put this then please remove. Looking at access 2007.
quoting database for caravans
1. A customer sits down and we get their details.
2. Select a make/model
3. Select options
4. Give price
1. How I would like this to happen is that on one screen we enter their details and it records the day we entered it in - a field for how they found us.
2. On that screen we select the make and model and on my screen the retail and cost price appears.
3. We have a list of all the options i can then put a number next to the ones they want - some may be multiple (ie reading lights)
4. I have a button to create pdf or print a quote and another to print costing vs retail price.
I do not need to search on customers as such - just need to enter all info in the one area - making quoting simple as possible - we do shows where we will quote 20-40 a day ... so need a simple quick method to enter the information and give a price and then costings so that we can barter on the spot.
