    No, if you just post the front end here nobody will be able to access data held in the back end.

    it says max is 500 kb and they are 33,000 kb each

    can we assume that is the problem and how would one fix it if it were? (in the simplest terms)

    You can try doing a compact/repair and then zipping. In any case, make sure you're not using a shortcut to access the file. The Type of File properties of whatever you're clicking on should say Access file not shortcut.

    well I can delete it and resplit it if you can tell me how to make 2 front ends that are different. I still am confused how they ended up with 2 shortcuts to the same file. but if you can tell me what to do once i split it...please. I thought I just really copy and paste, but that obviously was wrong.
