Hi,
When i used access to open a database, it detects and says that it is corrupt and if i want to recover. Is this available through the API?

I am trying to implement this through C# code not through manual opening of the database.

You will need to clear the corruption before you can do anything useful.

At this point, i just want to programtically identify that there is a problem or not with the database being opened. I agree that i need to fix the corruption.

I'm not sure you can do that in code without user intervention. If there is a way, I'm afraid I do not know of it, sorry.
