Help needed With Update Query Setup

Thx to all for your help thorughout this whole time. Your advices were very useful towards the completion of my final DB. My client has already seen it and approved it, but I still accept any advices you could give me that could further improve my DB shall still be accepted. Your client does not want GUI (forms) and wants to edit/input data directly with tables or through the queries?

Table relationships are set so that if a Category is deleted from CategoryDescription table the related records in Hardware will delete. Is this desired?

Might want to change the relationships jointype to 'all records from hardware...'

Is this dummy data - one of the barcodes has three apostrophes it.

A- Yes, my client does not want GUI, and wants to be able to input data himself, or if it is needed, to extract data from a file a export it on the table.

B- Yes, if a category is no longer used in the facility of my client, he might want to just delete that category in the CategoryDescription table, so that he does not have to go search for all of the hardware items of that category, and delete them one-by-one (He could use a filter, though i think it is much simpler this way)

C- Yes, it is dummy data copied from examples of data given to me by client in order to effectively be sure that the DB works, so i just randomized it from what i was given.
