Help with a form list combo

I am sure this must be easy for many of you and need some help.

I have a table with employee information.
I need to create a form that will get populated from a drop-down listing the employees



I would appreciate any help. I have the combo box making lookups but I need to be able to upon selecting a name on the drop-down to move it to second box there fore building a list.
