    PivotGraph Subreports

I'm working on this project at work and I need to display a couple of Pivot Graphs along with a daily report in the same report. I have both the graphs in their own forms sharing the same query, and the report gets it's information from the same table as the query the graphs share. Everything seems to be going fine except there are alot of dates and I want the user to be able to input the beginning and start dates in order to display the data they want. If I place a criteria in the queries date field that asks for the beginning and start dates the report goes crazy and asks for the dates multiple times before displaying one of the graphs. Is there a way I can have the report only prompt once for the dates and have it apply to both Pivot Graphs and the daily report?? Could I use a link or something?? I'm a very novice Access user. Thanks for the help!

Alright I think I've found my problem but I don't know how to fix it. I have a report titled Laboratory Daily Report, and two forms called PivotChart 1 and PivotChart2. I placed each of these charts into their own self-titled reports. Then I created a blank report and called it Laboratory Daily Report with Graphs. I then placed all three reports Laboratory Daily Report, PivotChart 1, and PivotChart 2 into the report as subreports. I changed the criteria in the Date field of the query that the two graphs get their information from to "Between [Beginning Date] and [Ending Date]" this causes Access to prompt the user for a start date and end date to put on the graphs. It works perfectly fine when I open the individual forms and reports. So I believe my problem is that when I start the "Laboratory Daily Report with Graphs" report it prompts for the date for the reports PivotChart 1 and 2, the forms PivotChart 1 and 2, the query and the Laboratory Daily Report report. So I get prompted at least 6 to 8 times. I want to be able to be prompted just one time. Sorry if this is confusing!
