Yes. I need to track which training events each instructor taught and then a searchable summary report so I can use that as a formal report to send to the state in order to show they have completed enough continuing education units to get recertified.
can you show a mock up report you need to send?
This is something like what would be good enough. Just a Instructor Name, date, class name and hours set up in the same format as this picture with the instructor name as a header and the information in the same type of format orr something similar with the information above. Thank you! The report looks great, however, I would like to be able to search for the specific instructor and the specific course to be able to send to each respective instructor to be able to submit to the state versus capturing EVERYONE that has ever taught a class.

open "instructor subject hour" form and you will see a "report" button there.
you can choose to filter the report or print it unfiltered.
