Time between posts?

Any chance of removing the time restriction between posts, when reporting posts?

I've reduced the time limit from 60 seconds to 10 seconds. The restriction was originally there to prevent post flooding, I wasn’t aware that reporting posts was also affected by it. Thanks for pointing that out!
