Access Europe User Group - Wed 2 July: Faking ‘Non-Normal’ User Interfaces with Normal Data (Pete Po

The next Access Europe User Group meeting will be on Wednesday 2 July 2025 starting at 18:00 UK time (6PM UTC+1) and finishing by 19:30 (7.30PM). For local times, please check World Time Buddy

In this session, we are very pleased to welcome back Pete Poppe (AKA MajP at Access World Forums) who will cover several techniques to build “non-normal” interfaces while keeping the data normal. This will include features such as:
    • Use of temp tables
    • Use of cross tabs for interface
    • ADO in memory recordsets
    • Custom unbound forms to act as a user control
    • Treeviews (light discussion)
    • Advanced sub data sheets

The idea is to expose the audience to some tips, tricks, ideas and approaches more than explaining the code. Many examples will be provided.

I hope you will join us on Wed 2 July for this session.
