Is there a png clipart library accessible to Access 2013. Everything I could find online references the current version.

What do you mean by "references the current version" - why would a clip art library be version specific?

Hi June,
Because Office 365 indicates the existence of a clipart library and A2013 does not, nor do I see such libraries for any of the others.why would a clip art library be version specific?
My research revealed
1. MS ClipArt utility died over 10 years ago (I haven't missed it) and MS implemented on-line search for images with Bing.
2. Insert Image action in Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint can download images from Bing search engine then Save As Picture to file type that Access can use.
3. Found a site that saved ClipArt library to svg files. This is a text file type (vector data). Converting to raster image format requires another app. https://www.reddit.com/r/microsoft/c...art_libraries/
4. Since downloaded images are available to Access, build your own library - possibly could download entire sets if you want to clutter your system.

Thanks June for taking the time to sort out and report your findings. I can't justify the whole process for one report that might not even see the light of day when I'm done.
