Just for future reference and following June's post #24, many, if not most of us, will not download files from exterior links.
You should post samples here. The outside links will not work in the future if the file is deleted, unshared, renamed, etc. and will be of no use to anyone who comes by this thread looking for a solution.

You simply aren't getting the properties to coordinate.
Don't need that complicated RowSource.
Row Source: Yes;No
Column Count: 1
Column Widths: leave blank
Format: Yes/No
