    In my Windows 11, there is no record to scoll, only lines.
    In the VBA editor it seems to scroll 3 lines for me, no matter what the setting is.
    Access forms seem to ignore the setting altogether


    Word moves something less for rows of text.
    In the settings, pressing F1 or the Get help do nothing on my computer, while trying to figure out what is a "line" to Windows.
