As I stated several years ago, you can't change the font name or font size in standard message boxes.
Normally you would create your own customised message form to do that. Its very easy to do so.

You can increase the font size globally from Windows Settings . . . Ease of Access but be aware that doing so will increase the font size everywhere.

Don't waste anymore time on this, but here's what led me to think perhaps things had changed. Notice NOT the difference in resolution between the two different computer screens, but rather the size of the MsgBox in relation to the size of the form that opened it.

Colin's idea of a user form that replaces the Msgbox has always been the best one, as he posted ages ago.

OK so what did you do differently in those two screenshots?

Just two different computers, both of which are Win 10 Pro with A2013 Pro and the same accdb. Perhaps that explains a bit more as to why I revisited the OP question.

    No, the same at 1920 X 1080.

I'll mark this thread solved, as the historical suggestions offered by both Colin and June7 a long time ago really answer the question, the primary issue on the subject with Access persists.

Resolution may be the same, but the forms and everything on them are not the same size. So maybe it's different magnification/scaling between the two pc's. Check Settings>Display>Scaling for a start.
