    Exporting report to Excel with formatting

    Hi all,
    I have a report that I export to Excel using the ExportWithFormatting macro. It works okay, but it doesn't keep all the actual formatting from the report (color coded conditional formatting, bold headers, etc.). How can I export this to Excel and keep all that stuff? Or can I export it and run a macro to do it?

    If it does not export with that setting then it doesn't. Have to format within Excel. And yes, can run VBA code to set formatting.

    Via Excel is how the users want to send the information to certain people. I think I will try to export to PDF instead.

    You could simply export the data (not the report) to Excel then format the excel sheet from access?
