Hot Keys (AutoKeys)

I have taken over support of a long standing Access system (currently on 2016). The user tells me that some of the Fn keys are coded to do certain things and he wants me to add another function.


But for the life of me I can't find the code/macros which already exist. The only option I can find is Create/macro but it doesn't seem to tell me what is already there.

Where do I look??

hot keys are buttons on the screen with where the label has an underscore.
say a button has the caption Exit
indicates the hot key = X. in design mode it has an ampersand before the letter: E&xit
the ampersand makes it a hot key for the user to press ALT-X to activate the button event

These are function keys (Fn) or more like what ranman says? Function keys are not hot keys.

Does the user know what the the modifications to the function keys are? They all have a standard functionality unless modified by autokeys

Also possible the macro has been hidden. Go to File>Options>Current Database, scroll down to the Navigation section and select Naviation Options - tick the Show Hidden Objects option
