I need to total up the total column on a subform datasheet but it only comes up with the options none or count.

Fixings Sub form Datasheet view with totals options attached, i have hidden some columns that i don't want showing.

Fixings Sub form Datasheet Design view shows the total column with the formula, just a guess but is it not totalling because this is a formula?

If so I have read about adding a total column to the footer ad referencing to that on the detail part of the sub form but i have tried and failed any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi
Base your Fixings Subform on a query and do all of the Calculations in the query and NOT on the Form.
