Custom Shortcut Menu Disable 'Design View' Option

We're running Access 2013... When an Operator Right-Clicks on a Form or the Form Tab, one of the options is "Design View". I want to remove or disable that option while leaving the other options (Close, Form View, Datasheet View) available. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this done?

To disable Design view, convert to ACCDE or use Runtime
