July 4th, Xmas, and new years are easy as they are dates certain. Thanksgiving is the 4th thurs of November, Memorial day is the last monday in May, Labor day is the last monday in Sept. These dates can easily be calculated with functions. You can also calculate whether they fall on a weekend and adjust the holiday to friday or monday.
