    Alternative Option to MS Access

All - Not sure if it is a relevant question here. If we want to migrate away from MS Access which has been used as a tool to manage some of user entered information what would be alternatives.

    SQLServer
    SQLServer Express (this is free)
    Oracle
    MySQL (also open source)
    etc.

However, none of these have an integrated user interface designer as you have in Access. So unless you just want to change the backend and continue to use Access as GUI, will be significant learning curve to learn new programming tools and rebuild.

If you're not looking for a big powerful server database, these may be comparable to Access https://opensource.com/alternatives/access

Google the topic for more ideas.
