I accidently deleted my 'Report' object and all the reports from the Navigation Pane. All that is visible are my Tables, Queries and Forms. I have no idea how I did it!! I've tried hidden/unhidden but no luck.

Are you showing all objects? So you can see the report ‘header’
Do you have the option "All Objects" set so that all objects are displayed (options are in the nav pane drop down at the top)? You might have filtered by group or something.
You would not be the first to report something like this only to find that you're in the wrong db, so make sure of that too.

Yes, at the top of the Navigation pane it has all access objects and in the drop down box 'Object type' and 'All access objects' are ticked. And still 'Reports' doesn't appear

not sure what you mean by hidden/unhidden, but have you tried going to File>Options>current database, then select navigation options and checked the 'show hidden objects' option?
Well, if you actually deleted it then it is gone and there's no option you can set to make it come back. You have a backup db that contains the missing report(s), yes? Then if you can't "unhide" it you can import it again, and if it's there, I suspect Access will rename it as "copy of..." which will tell you it thinks it's still there. If not, then you actually deleted it, not hid it. If no backup db and you deleted it, then you just learned a valuable lesson for the future.
