Write Conflict with Access 2010

I have a form in Access 2003 and when I save changes everything works fine.
This form is imported in an Access 2010 database but in some cases when I try to save changes for the same record I get the "Write Conflict" error.
Can anyone help with this strange behavior?

Can you attach the db here? The usual suspect is using both VBA code and a bound form. One will clash with the other.
