ComboBox Limit to list message - how to change it

Hello all,
I have a ComboBox with the "LimitToList" value set to "Yes" under the Data tab. I also have a "List Items Edit Form" that opens when the user clicks Yes on the popup prompt. see image:
. I would like to know how to change the default text in the popup message. Can anyone help ?..

Write your own NotInList event code.
If you google that you should find a lot of examples.
