    Sorry June I haven't got it yet!!!! Can you supply me with a dbf? I have no clue how to do any of this. Report, Form, Table, VBA. I'm just stupid, I guess!

    Okay. But I will let you build form and adapt code as appropriate. Exporting to CSV file is a different issue. Is that really necessary?

    Thanks June, One last thing (I think) How do I use it. Do I have to manually put the data in the table? Or does one of the VBA code do that?

    The code populates only the PrintOrder field. ListOrder field is autonumber. You need to enter data for whatever other fields you want and adjust report design.

    This is just a simple model. Adapt it to your db as needed.
