Pay: Commensurate with abilities. ($18-$30/hr or negotiate a per-piece price)
Can be hired as consultant, independent contractor, or employee

MUST HAVE ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF ACCESS AND THE ABILITY TO CONVERT EXCEL DATABASES INTO ACCESS.

We are a growing company looking to get our different Excel databases into an access database for a more streamline process.

Possibly looking into creating a software, so any software development experience a plus to help with process.

That is very interesting. I'm posting as a means to follow the thread if it's allowed to stand (I don't know the rules here about this).
Mainly I'm curious to know what people think of the rate. My thoughts are that for $30 you won't get much in the way of very experienced developers but perhaps I'm wrong about that. I guess it depends on one's situation what with Covid, the economy and all that stuff. I do wish you good luck though.

In my region the min. fee is about 60 EUR/hour, working @home.

Slightly better than the minimum $75 Cdn that I would expect. We must be spoiled!

Getting better than that in the UK, around £100 for an hour discounted down for multiple hours/ days / weeks etc.

Thank you for all the replies! I understand the hourly rate may be low for some, but I am still receiving many emails, so I believe it may be acceptable for some. However, I also listed a per-piece negotiation option, so that may be more in-line with more experienced developers.
