Need help creating a direct mailing database

I’m looking to create a database that will send out direct mail funding requests and when they come back I input them into the database and then send reminders with the ones that have not donated they will be printed on pre-printed letters with the addresses at the bottom where the donation slip is returned any and all help would be appreciated thank you in advance

What do you know about building relational database? Have you studied an introductory tutorial? Have you searched for existing template that could serve your needs? Have you made any attempt to design?

I don’t know too much about relational databases yes I studied introductory tutorials yeah I’ve search for existing templates with no success yes I need attempted design as far as all the above I have designed something with my current problems printing out
