Yes, that is definitely the problem, even though it worked fine in Access 2003.

Yes, currently we have it running with the arrow in the other direction (Right Join?), but that does not list ALL the values in the Recall/Follow-up Times table, which is what we had before, and what we desire to continue.

An INNER Join would list only the records where there is a match in both tables. You may have uncovered a bug in ac2010. I'll do some more checking.

Here (attached) is the SQL for a very similar query, with the SAME type of join that continues to work properly under Access 2010.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two SQL statements, that is rendering the first query non-functional?
