In my database I want to create three drop-down combo boxes with lists that are related such that the second box list is based upon what was selected in the first box, and the third box list is based upon what was selected in the first and second boxes. Thus, the drop-down selections for the second and third boxes would depend upon what was previously selected. I know this can be done, but what is the best way to do it.

Search on Cascading Lists or ComboBoxes.
