Access 2016 Database keep crashing!

Hi,

I am using Access 2016 and sick of its crashing all the time whenever I try to save anything it gives an error message which I have attached. Please help.

i get that if more than 1 person is using it (at the same time). Is that your case?
If so, you must split the database and give every user their own copy of the front End.
