ALT+F11 key combination does not work

I have installed Access 2019 and Windows 10 64 bit. I have some issues with ALT+F11 key combination. It doesn't work at all, and i cannot switch from VBA editor to Access main window and vice versa by using this key combination.
I tried the keydown event in a control and it seems that it does not recognize the combination of these keys. It recognizes only the keycode that was strike first, where all other keys and combinations are work OK.

Does anyone know why this happens?

Change the keyboard language to English and try again.

I switched to English, (native language is Greek), i unistalled Office 2019, as well as registry entries and did a clean install. But nothing happens. When i press Alt only before F11, the following screen appears, something like shortcut ribbon menu or something

Native language is Greek for me too.
If you see the KeyTips on ribbon, that means that the Alt key works well. Check if the F11 works well too. Should shows/hides the Navigation Pane.
Try to press the keys Alt+F11 simultaneously. if still not working, maybe an other application has bind this combination.
Until find the solution, open the VBE from "Database Tools" tab.

    Cheers,
    John

Thank you very much John. One of the 1st things i tried is to check separately the two keys. And yes, F11 shows/hide the pane. I can't figured out what else matters. I switched back to 2016 and yet the same problem exists. I shut off all the tray apps (including the internet security suite, and swithced off the router) and yet the problem exists. One thing i am thinking of, is that the keyboard is cordless and i used it on my laptop. I don't know if there is any kind of different key mapping or something. Because i used to work Access 2016 on the laptop and the combinations worked perfect at all. I'll try to reset the keyboard to its default settings.
It was nice to "meet" here another Greek too. I don't know if it is permitted to write in a different language than English, but once more, thank you .

Nice to meet you too, and by the way, you are welcome! (Nikos, I suppose, isn't it?)

Have you tried the combination Fn+Alt+F11?
Have you tried with an other application (i.e. Excel, Word etc)?
Check if a special function is bound on Alt+F11 combination on the keyboard itself (something like NumLock etc) .
If you have the chance, check the keyboard on an other machine.
You talk about laptop. What about with the onboard keyboard?

I'm sorry, but, I can't think something special at this time.

In a relevant search, I found an other guy with the same problem and the accepted answer talks about video card settings(!).
As Microsoft Community claims, 292 people were helped by this: Alt+F11 is not working...
I hope it will help you too.

As we say in Greece, we tell them!

Thank you very much. It actually did the job. It worked pretty well. Amazing. I have installed Nvidia RTX 2070, and the ALT+F11 key combination was reserved by the GeForce Experience software. The 1st time, i was trying to solve the problem, i switched off all the apps running in the tray but not the GeForce app. I couldn't ever imagine that this was the "faulty" program. Thanks again for your help!!!
