A problem occured while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control

I have installed windows 10 pro and updated to the current version

    then I installed office 2019
Now when I try to open Access File I get this error

"A problem occured while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control"

I have tried this 3 times even deleted the partitions of HDD and re-installed but problem remains.

Does anyone knows the solution to this problem.

usu when you upgrade, the ActiveX objects could be removed or out of date.
Like the Ms Calendar, or Picture storage control.

see if you have any bad references in VBE (alt-F11) : menu, Tools, References
if any checked items say MISSING , uncheck it. Try to find a new version to check.

    on a form:
you could try removing the old control off the form, and load the new version.
