Items aren't showing after pressing "Add New" button

1st of all - Thank you All for great help with my Database. Especially, great thank you to mike60smart - who practically resolved my main problem!

Here is another (hopefully the last) issue I am experiencing:

When I am adding a New Record ("pencil" button), and, after filling out all the fields - in all of the Forms, then - I want to see an existing, already added records, using "arrows" buttons.
But when I do that - the already entered Objective disappear, unless I would exit and re-enter the Form!

After exiting and entering - all the records in all of the Forms are become visible ...

If you have any resolutions about this - plz let share !!!

    Here are the screenshots:

    1. Launching the Main Form:

make sure a filter is not on.
you may have to click the REFRESH ALL button on the toolbar.

I would suggest that you push the pause button and fix the issues with the design (See this post )
