help in search

i have this daTABSE
i want to make the search that when i hit the search button only the number with the data appeared
i tried a code but i couldn't complete it
aslo i want to A List of report to be displayed, and when i choose one to be opened

no, i want to display the result in the same form
but it is not working with me
it just tell me that a match was found without retrieving the data

but I saw the data in the form after click on the button and the pop messagebox.
