Individual Database

I have created a database for contacts in my industry. I have a few individual coworkers that would like to use it as well. Everyone has their own set of contacts. They are not shared.



What is the process to make this happen?

Or can it be done?

MLM Industry
Everyone has their own contacts.
No relationship between coworkers what so ever.
The database is a standalone unit that only that person uses it.

No summary of info from coworkers? Many orgs use summary statistics to compare individual performances and company direction/priorities.
It seems MLM (multiLevel marketing is the business).
So if each worker/coworker has a unique set of products and "potential clients", then a generic model
that you can populate with worker specific needs/data may be a feasible approach.

A clear description of the processes involved for 1 or 2 coworkers may help others with forming a response.

Non of the people are realted in any way to each other. So I created a database for my business. Got it working correctly.

1.Copied it as a new file, to have blank tables, for others to fill out.
2.Exported my tables to excel.
3.Cleaned out all of my information.
4.imported the clean tables back into the access database.

But, when I try to open any of the forms it still tries to use my database tables and file location.

I split the database so that I have a back end and front end. Thought that would be easier to update.

How do I remedy that issue.

Since you have split the database, the "real tables" should be in the Backend database. If there is no data in those tables, then you'll have to sign on to the backend database and import the data to those tables.
Then, in your front end database, you would use the linked table manager to link to the Backend Tables.
